Meet Josh & Todd
We knew we had something…
What started out as fun for our friends and family, we promptly realized after much appreciation for our hard work and outstanding meals that we might have something worth sharing with others. In 2018, we started our own full-service catering for all events in New Hampshire and parts of Massachusetts and Maine.
We take our time to cook with charcoal, when it’s called for, adding an exciting layer of flavor to our foods. We do understand that charcoal isn’t for everyone and offer gas grilling as well.
We take our time to slow-cook ribs, pork butts, pork tenderloins, chicken wings, turkey and so much more for four to eight hours to achieve the smokey flavor and fall of the bone goodness.
We take our time and get it right!
